Tidewrack is an atmospheric survival game set in the vast ocean, where the hero awakens bound to a few logs and has no memory of how he ended up so far from shore. Armed with only a harpoon, he's surrounded by nothing but water. The first few days are spent trying to gather wood, catch fish, and find drinking water, but one day, a living person is pulled from the ocean. From that moment on, solitary survival evolves into building your own floating settlement.

From raft to settlement

Gradually, a true community emerges around a few tied logs. Residents can be assigned different tasks: a fisherman gathers food, a blacksmith crafts essential items, a cook monitors food supplies, and guards protect others from danger. People don't just exist for show — they interact with each other, can clash, and get sick, so the health of the settlement depends not only on the number of buildings but also on how well life on the raft is organized. Whether it becomes a safe home or ends up as scattered debris depends on your decisions.

The ocean around us hides many places to explore. Beneath the surface lie reefs, sunken ships, and schools of fish that are especially vibrant in the dark, but air supplies limit dive times. Without the proper equipment, the depths remain murky and difficult to see, so many secrets may not be discovered on the first try. There are also debris fields that gradually disappear from view.
