Throne and Liberty (Tron and Liberty) — a large-scale free-to-play MMORPG from NCSoft, where genre classics meet fresh ideas. Massive battles for hundreds of players, transformations into animals and birds, weapons that can be combined in any way, and the world of Solysium, where the throne is never empty for long.

Solysium - a living world without downloads

A seamless continent with sheer cliffs, deep caves, and cities constantly fought over. There's no scenery for the sake of scenery: the day/night cycle and unpredictable weather directly impact combat. Rain enhances some skills, night reveals others, and the wind alters the flight of arrows. You need to reach your target quickly — turn into a wolf and race across the land, soar over a cliff as a bird, or dive into the sea as a sea creature.

Two weapons instead of classes

There's no traditional class selection at the start. Your combat style is determined by the two weapons you wield simultaneously and switch between in the heat of battle: a sword and shield, a greatsword, daggers, a bow, crossbows, a staff, or a wand. Combinations offer hundreds of build options — tank, healer, archer-assassin, or something completely unique. Morphs provide a tactical advantage in combat and speed up movement, and with the Guardian's Oath, you can take on the appearance of a defeated boss and turn the tide of battle.

PvE: From Solo Dungeons to Raids

Those who prefer fighting monsters will have no time to get bored. Six-player dungeons with multiple difficulty levels, giant open-world bosses, Dimensional Trials, and full-fledged raids where group cohesion is crucial. Newcomers won't be left alone: solo dungeons gradually prepare you for serious group forays.

Home, fishing and kitchen

Tired of battles? Gather resources, fish, cook local dishes with beneficial buffs, and furnish your own home. It's more than just a place to relax: your home grows and changes with your hero throughout your adventure.

PvP: Guilds, Sieges, and Betrayal

Guild warfare is the focus here. Capture control points in territory battles, defeat guild raid bosses, and storm the castle in massive sieges to claim the throne. Between major events, there are dynamic events, guild contracts, and your own base. Allies will help you reach the top, but no one stops you from betraying them for your own gain. A 3v3 arena is available for quick skirmishes, and the leaderboard will reveal which guild truly rules Solizium.

Leveling up and builds

Character development is built on four interconnected areas that together define your playstyle. Hundreds of build combinations — no need to copy someone else's build, but rather create your own and take it to the battlefield.

So, what about the downsides? Where are the people who say wow, this is the best MMO? You're a jerk, you haven't played it, so you're throwing shit at it.

IntestinesYou convinced me. Ready? This is an awesome MMO — the BEST — and you're a casual, clueless nerd. Go play Minecraft, mommy's pie! :joy:

peka100500, it was just launched recently, another month and it will also die. I only had to play the prologue and spend about 20 minutes running around to delete it and forget I installed it.

Why did you upload an MMO? Or did you just bring in a single player?

Intestines, the logic of a moron. Seriously. You don't have to eat shit to know it's shit — the smell is enough — any MMO is, by definition, a wank, single-celled turd. You'd think anyone in their right mind would rush to a torrent site to write glowing reviews of yet another obviously dead MMO piece of crap. It's obvious it's paid vomit, which only the insane would praise.

MichaelMyersWell, as for any MMO, it's debatable. WoW is a great example. I played for about 8 years and would have continued playing if Blizzard hadn't been doing such crap.

As someone who spent a month on THIS, I can confirm that it's crap (basically, like all MMOs from slanted people). A game you can't play. Literally, do you want to farm dungeons? You need points for that; they give you enough to open chests in low dungeons twice a day and two in high dungeons. Want to beat spots? You need points again, which are awarded for opening chests in dungeons, opening spheres in the world (which can only be opened with keys, of which you can only buy five per day). For all these actions, you get so few that you literally only need 20 minutes to beat a spot, which will drop a dozen stones for crafting an item for an item point and a couple of blue items. Oh yeah, legendary BS... that is, your strength is measured in numbers. Joined a guild and want to be quickly guided through high dungeons so you can gear up and immediately head into endgame content? Well, to enter a dungeon, you need the same number of stats as the dungeon entry requirement. You have 2400 BPS, but you need 2500 to enter? Well, go farm, level up, and the system won't let you in until you reach 2500. So you reach 2500 and then register with randoms? So, you'll get kicked, because no one needs your 2500 BPS. These guys are here to quickly drain energy, and you're just getting in their way (if you're not a healer, then they might let you in, but God forbid you heal the wrong person or hesitate for a second...) The only server that's actually alive is Ardentus, Talus is more or less, the rest are half-dead with a couple of cripples. The only advantage is the auction house, where you can actually sell items or their stats for donated currency (literally, you can extract a useful property from an item to apply to a duplicate) and earn money for a Battle Pass (how the hell would you live without it? Sometimes you can get three at once), costumes, and weapon skins. But there are also many nuances: items from guild bosses, world bosses, and arch bosses drop into the guild warehouse, and the guild leader decides whether to give YOU the item you dropped, give it to a buddy, or even dump it straight from the warehouse into the auction house if it's expensive. Of course, this isn't often the case; in normal guilds, you'll get an item (but not from an arch boss, because the items from them are rare, powerful, and very expensive. Hopefully, you'll get a fraction of the cost or something cheaper from other bosses). Of course, everyone decides for themselves, but what I listed is just the surface of the lake of shit that splashes around in this game.

ArchipodThere are no good MMOs, just like there are no good MOBA games. It's rare that a session-based game is anything worthwhile, because people are playing into a microphone, not the game.
