Ghost Buster: Village is an atmospheric horror film about an extreme sports blogger who arrives in an abandoned village to investigate a local legend about the sudden disappearance of all the inhabitants. He plans to spend just one night there and film footage for his blog, but the empty streets, old houses, and church quickly make him doubt the village is truly abandoned. The further he explores, the stronger the feeling of someone else's gaze becomes, relentlessly following his exploration.
Village legends
The surroundings gradually reveal the history of this place through unusual details. Old amulets hang from trees, ritual objects remain in houses, and discovered pages tell of creatures that the locals clearly feared. These finds allow us to reconstruct individual events, but they don't provide a complete picture, so much must be inferred. Gradually, it becomes clear that the disappearance of the inhabitants is connected to something far more ancient than just a typical village horror story.
To progress, you must carefully examine buildings, find important items, and solve puzzles. Some obstacles require not just a simple key, but an understanding of what happened in the village before. Collected notes and parts of the bestiary help connect the dots, but they also intentionally leave room for doubt. At some point, it becomes difficult to tell whether the hero is trying to stop what's happening or is already unwittingly participating in a ritual that has long been underway.
