Stations break down from time to time, and they have to be repaired mid-shift while customers in the dining room grow impatient. A morning by the sea can be calm, but the evening rush turns into chaos. Over time, the kitchen can be improved, with major upgrades to automate some stations and hire assistants. The dining room can be designed to suit your tastes, from a small, cozy pizzeria to an upscale restaurant, with new decor and equipment unlocked through missions and achievements.

Newspapers, the Stock Exchange, and the Mafia

Life goes on outside the kitchen. The time of day and seasons change: rain, morning fog, snowy winter. Grocery prices fluctuate, and you can predict what's coming from the radio and local newspapers. A tomato farmers' strike will hit your competitors, giving you time to stock up. You can take out a bank loan or invest in stocks. Management style is determined by mottos: focus on satisfied customers, profit, or automation. If you let things slide and don't fix your equipment, expect fires, thieves, and visits from the mafia.

Cooperative and differences

You can run your pizzeria with friends, in a co-op mode with up to six players, and compare results on the leaderboard. Streamers can connect to Twitch, and viewers will visit the restaurant as customers.
