Approximately Up

Approximately Up — is a first-person spacecraft construction game where you design your own ship. Start with a simple frame, add engines, instruments, sensors, and control systems, connect them together, and take flight. Whether you build a reliable ship or a flying hunk of metal is up to you.

Assemble the ship and test it in action

Thousands of components allow you to create complex structures with automation and their own control systems. You'll be transporting experimental power sources, delivering unusual cargo, and handling equipment that can lose power mid-flight. Any design error quickly becomes apparent after launch.

Beyond the ship lie 15 planets with different atmospheres, surfaces, and exploration conditions. On one, you'll have to navigate the oceans; on another, you'll try to see through thick clouds. In a cooperative of up to four people, construction becomes a team effort, where everyone is responsible for their own part of the ship and could be the culprit of yet another accident.
