Crown Of Bones – a story-driven stealth adventure set in a pixelated dark fantasy from developer Bone-Us and published by BECUZUS. The protagonist is a nameless skeleton who can shapeshift and pit entire factions against each other. A Steam release date has not yet been announced.
A skeleton that wants to live
A nameless skeleton hears rumors that, through magic, the dead can become human again. This can only be verified in a vast dungeon, so he ventures there. Down below, he discovers that the hero has an unusual gift: he can absorb the Magic Stones of other races and assume their form. The dungeon is inhabited by goblins, undead, human knights, and other races, and the relationships between them greatly influence how the game unfolds.
His own among strangers
Here, your appearance works like a pass. If you disguise yourself as a goblin, goblins in your area won't attack you, but if you enter another area disguised as one, you'll be immediately considered an enemy. When their disguise is revealed, the skeleton has its own way of saving itself: it crumbles into bones, hides in a pile of bones, and then reassembles itself and continues on. Besides disguise, you can spread false rumors and sow suspicion to drive factions into conflict. In such chaos, it's easier to enter forbidden areas, steal resources, or mine a needed stone.
Over thirty NPCs
The dungeon contains over 30 characters, each with their own goals and conflicts. Quests are linked to the main plot, and your decisions alter the story's branches. Almost any task can be solved in several ways: persuade an interlocutor, elicit information under a false identity, pit one faction against another, or simply pass unnoticed. Clues, secret rooms, and hints are scattered throughout the dungeon, and a missed clue can close one of the paths. Download torrent Crown Of Bones on PC you can see it below.
