Machinefall is a real-time strategy game in which humanity attempts to reclaim Earth from an army of mechanical insects. Starting with a small group of survivors, the player must extract resources, build bases, expand production, and create a powerful army. Gradually, local settlements transform into a global network of fortifications capable of withstanding superior enemy forces.

Reclaim the planet at any cost

Players freely control warfare at any scale — from planning planet-wide operations to controlling individual units during combat. The massive map allows for quick switching between a strategic overview and detailed battles. Thousands of units simultaneously engage in large-scale clashes, where careful deployment of forces and timely decisions become the key to victory.

Development progresses through seven technological eras, beginning with primitive tools and progressing to advanced technologies. New research unlocks more advanced buildings, production, weapons, and combat capabilities. Resource management, construction of industrial complexes, and the constant improvement of the military allow Earth to be liberated from mechanical domination step by step.

Features of the game

  • A global real-time strategy game with a huge world map.

  • Large-scale battles with thousands of units simultaneously.

  • Construction of bases, extraction of resources and development of production.

  • Seven technological eras with a deep research tree.

Detoxic, And the 750ti doesn't surprise you? 2 GB for this... Warcraft 3 is much more beautiful, but it only needs 8 MB.
There are a lot of incompetent developers who have never even heard the word "optimization".

No, it's not like that... it looks crap, but the idea is interesting, I'll have to try it.

I opened the first screenshot of the game and my eyes tried to leave their sockets. Horrible style.
Then I saw 32GB of RAM in the system units and my heart almost skipped a beat.

CrocodileI have a 5080. And the developers, as you say, shouldn't waste their lives optimizing their buckets for the sake of these fucking beggars. Warcraft 3. Holy shit, I beat that game back in school. Just the once. That's all. What's so beautiful about it, even when it came out, I didn't have a wow factor. It's a standard game, I finished the story. We played on LAN. Nothing more. I hate those idiots who criticize, like the size is too big, or there's no optimization. Your whining doesn't change a damn thing, and that's a fact. If your whining doesn't change a damn thing, why whine? If you enjoy playing a game, just build a PC that fits the realities that reality presents; you can't or won't, just pass it by. You know, it's like those stinking skufs standing at bus stops discussing girls in expensive German cars.

OldFanForget it, dude, it's just a caste of people: perpetually dissatisfied with everything, perpetually whining, and the best part of it all is literally the icing on the cake. They'll never do anything to improve their lives; they'll grumble at everyone until they foam at the mouth.

OldFanWow, you're so freaked out. You're weird, to be honest. You probably didn't notice I only used Warcraft 3 as an example to highlight the system's unreasonable demands. Incidentally, it's only thanks to criticism that games get better; otherwise, you wouldn't be itching to get rid of them.
P.S
When someone starts a message with the words "I have 5080," the first thought in my head is that this is 3.14zdezh, especially against the background of the mention of "poor people" immediately in the second sentence.
You're trying to immediately create the impression of a person of wealth, and only poor people who can't come to terms with the fact that they are poor do that. Moreover, mentioning skufs (which is completely off-topic) is a way to show that you are not one of them, despite the fact that no one asked you, and this is saying you know what... Maybe you should have started the message like this:
I am rich and successful, I have an RTX 5080 and I am definitely not a skufi.

CrocodileUnreasonable, how can you be like that? Okay, let's say they're unfounded. Will your whining change anything? It's not like I'm well off, I live in reality. And I understand a very simple thing. If I enjoy looking at what path tracing is and touching it myself, I go and buy what I need. And I don't give a damn how big the game is, I don't even bother thinking about it. And here's some crap that takes up 1 gig of space. Are there any requirements at all? My smartphone has more powerful hardware. And buying a card for 120 thousand isn't about wealth. I just wanted to go and buy it. There are games I'm interested in. And my old 3070 card can't handle it. Since I have a 4K monitor, OLED, of course. I also went to DNS and bought it for a hundred, or more precisely, 80 thousand. And yes, I'm a scarecrow, I work with my hands in finishing. Unreasonable. Who works in game development? Are you a developer? If I worked in IT, I wouldn't write such nonsense, since normal IT specialists earn more than 200k.

OldFanYou're a pompous, narcissistic individual with a severe attention deficit disorder and a fear of being inferior to others. That's why you're rattling around with your shopping list and salary. School-age kids usually suffer from this level of bragging when they show off their new phone or bike. To show off how awesome they are. And everyone else is just crap. But sometimes people carry a lack of self-confidence, sincerely believing that some set of gadgets will earn them the approval and admiration of others. That's why you're constantly listing everything you've bought — you really want to show others that you're better than them because you have these gadgets. Expecting envious glances. But inside, you're still that schoolboy who really wants attention because he has a new bike.

OldFanI noticed some misunderstanding regarding the requirements of this game, my mistake was that I didn’t specify that 2Gb - I didn’t mean the weight of the game, but the video memory, but I was also slightly mistaken here, because the 750Ti has not 2, but a whole 4Gb, which makes the game even more absurd garbage.
Let me give you an example again:
A 23-year-old game (Warcraft 3) looks much better than this monstrosity... yes, a sheep in Warcraft has more polygons than any object in this horror, and with all this, Warcraft asks for: at least 8 MB of video memory and 128 MB of RAM... And this misunderstanding requires 4 GB of video memory and 32 GB!! of RAM.
Because, YES, the demands are just unfounded (although who am I explaining this to, you clearly don’t understand this) and I’m yelling about it, but for some reason you decided that I’m whining...
It's funny that you keep trying to convince us that you're a "successful success." Again, the emphasis is on property and even on salary (and again, no one asked you about this). Apparently, this is a sore point for you, and in order to dull the pain and assert yourself, you brag about what you don't have but want: a salary of 150 thousand, a 4K OLED monitor and a 5080)) yes, yes))
P.S
quote:
"My smartphone has more powerful hardware," dude. 32GB of RAM in smartphones is only found in very niche brands, those are rare models, and smartphones with more than 32GB don't even exist. You're just a liar who was bullied as a child. All the best.

CrocodileI really don't understand this. But I do understand something else. It's easier for me to channel this energy from this useless knowledge into something that will allow me to earn more money. And when I go to the store to buy something that costs a little above average. For example, buy computer hardware. And when I download any game, I'll click the play button and set the graphics to maximum. At 4k. And I'll play. You know, you don't need to know everything about a car to drive it. Once again, you might be right. But the developers couldn't care less, and it's understandable. A sane person wants to do less and earn more. I swear I don't even know what this game is you're talking about. I usually rarely install games under 80gb. Well, I get it, it's a blast, and there's ray tracing and all that. Playing, or rather not even playing, just like a benchmark.

XenosThat's your opinion, and I couldn't care less. I'm a narcissist, always getting the best for myself. That's why I look good. Good clothes, plus exercise, nutrition, protein, fats, you get the idea. Of course, booze is a no-no. And from there, I generally come to the same conclusion. Today, they invited me to a birthday party, but I know those alcoholics with blue noses will be drinking there. But I don't get it, I'm just drinking and bringing myself closer to death. I think it's biology all around. As for work, the craftsmen around me are assholes, no one puts their heart into their work. Everyone, shut up. But I, bro, work with my hands. And I enjoy it. Not because I have to, but because I want to do what I do. And if I don't enjoy it, I won't go to work. I have top-of-the-line tools. My colleagues have cheap Chinese stuff from Ozon. I'd be happy to be simpler. But for some reason, I don't want to. I have 16 gigs of RAM. Poco X8 Pro. I agree, it's a poor phone. It costs 30, maybe less. But I really liked the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Closer to March 2027, I'll definitely get an iPhone. No matter how powerful the Droid is, blah blah blah. I'm fucking with it. The iPhone is much better for me personally.

OldFanYou're such a weirdo, honestly. Why are you describing all this to me? I don't need it, and I'm not even remotely interested in your phone number, instrument, job, salary, hobbies, and clothes, where you hang out, and who you are anyway. Don't you have enough listeners? Just find some people at this party, sit them in a circle, and start telling them how great you are.
