Operation Darkside DX

Operation Darkside DX is a turn-based tactical RPG where the player leads the scientific department of the Forren Foundation, an organization seeking to regain its lost influence. After defeating warriors with special abilities, they can be used for research, further development, and the formation of new combat units. The updated version combines the main game and all additional content in a single edition.

Research and Development

Battles are played in a turn-based format, with each victory unlocking new characters for further research. As research progresses, additional development options open up, available skills change, and new combat squad formation options emerge. Smart resource management helps create stronger units for future operations.

The DX edition includes the main campaign and the Complete Combatant Corruption Chapter expansion, as well as updated portraits and CG illustrations, redesigned character outfits, improved voice quality for certain voice lines, and a new voice actor for one of the expansion's characters. All changes are combined into a single, updated version of the game.
