FOOTSLOG is an aggressive, old-school sci-fi shooter where one mistake easily spells death, and reloading requires as much attention as the shot itself. After a catastrophe within Project Revolution, Subject 25 remains trapped inside the complex along with other experimental results. The only way out is to fight his way through floors filled with those the program once tried to transform into ideal soldiers.
Non-stop
The shotgun here feels almost like a separate mechanic. A shot, a cranking action, a follow-up shot — everything hinges on hand speed and a sense of timing. In tense moments, it's easy to panic, lose focus, and leave yourself without a chance to fire another shot right in front of a crowd of enemies. This makes fights feel very tight and tense, especially in the tight corridors of the complex.
The location itself is also unsettling. The labs are littered with evidence of experiments, the cells are occupied by something distinctly inhuman, and the other test subjects view you not as an ally but as prey. Even after death, the game doesn't let go — the character is thrown back into the cell, only to have another escape attempt begin anew.
