Recipes and counterfeits

The main work happens at the counter. The customer brings a prescription, you read it, check it, and find the right medication. There's no room for complacency: some prescriptions are counterfeit, and missing one means selling something you shouldn't. Pills, syrups, and ointments are stored in the warehouse, and you have to go get them yourself. If the right medication isn't on the shelf, you can't sell it, so you have to keep an eye on the inventory. Then there's the checkout: scan the item, take payment, pack the purchase — all quickly, to keep the line from growing.

Dry cough or rash

Some customers come in without a prescription and simply explain what's bothering them: a dry cough, a fever, an unexplained rash. The goal is to listen to their complaints, understand the cause, and recommend a suitable over-the-counter remedy. Good advice boosts the pharmacy's rating and attracts customers, while bad advice has the opposite effect. The tone of the game is lighthearted and humorous.

Licenses, prices, and new meters

As you grow, you unlock licenses to sell new drugs, including controlled ones. You set your own prices: you can raise the cost of popular medications for quick profits or offer discounts to attract loyal customers, but too high prices scare people away. The money goes toward expanding the space, adding shelves and furniture. The goal is to turn a small pharmacy into a five-star establishment.
