[Redacted] The Safehouse — is a detective adventure where you take on a murder case and try to piece together the events from scraps of information. At the center is an old hideout and the victim's digital diary, in which some of the text is hidden. The truth isn't obvious, and to get to it, you have to literally uncover it word by word.
The meaning is hidden in the missing words
The diary doesn't read like a regular text. Many phrases are hidden and must be revealed by searching for keywords. This turns reading into an investigative process, where it's important not just to see information but to understand what's hidden. A mistaken guess doesn't block the path, but it does lead astray and forces one to reexamine previously discovered details.
The shelter itself completes the picture. Objects, notes, and surroundings provide context for the journal's contents. Gradually, the disparate pieces begin to form a story, but not everything is immediately obvious. The outcome depends on how carefully you approach the matter and what conclusions you draw from what you find.
