Heroes of Magic & Cards

Heroes of Magic & Cards is a roguelike deckbuilder that combines classic card mechanics with poker principles. The deck becomes the primary tool, and combinations like pairs and straights become a source of damage and control. The journey leads through a series of battles where it's crucial not only to collect powerful cards but also to play them wisely at the right moment.

Poker battle logic

Battles are built around combinations that activate effects and boost attacks. Simply having powerful cards doesn't guarantee success, as the outcome depends on how they are played. You have to assess the situation, plan your sequence, and find optimal solutions to get the most out of your hand.

Progression unlocks new opportunities, including buffs and deck structure changes. Encounters offer choices that influence your future path and playstyle. Gradually, a system emerges where not only strength is important, but also the ability to adapt to changing conditions and use available resources most effectively.
