Yerba Buena

Yerba Buena is a puzzle platformer in which the player controls Barb, who finds herself trapped inside an abandoned game world. A threat looms over San Francisco, and the only way to stop it is to use a strange device that can alter the properties of objects. The journey takes you through familiar areas warped by glitches and unstable logic.

Mechanics of changing the properties of objects

The game's key feature is the ability to transfer the properties of one object to another. Surfaces can be made elastic, heavy structures weightless, and walls passable. These changes allow for different puzzle-solving techniques and creative solutions, combining effects to suit the situation.

As the game progresses, new zones inspired by 1970s San Francisco open up. The player encounters dangerous enemies and unusual obstacles related to glitches in the world. Gradually, it becomes clear that there's more to the story, and each new discovery brings the player closer to solving the mystery.
