The Abbess Garden

The Abbess Garden is an atmospheric adventure about restoring the forgotten garden of the Port-Royal-des-Champs Abbey. The player assumes the role of Agnes, a young peasant woman entrusted with the keys to the abbess's private garden. This once-majestic place has been devoured by time and weeds. Now, step by step, the player must restore it to life by clearing paths and opening up new areas.

The Garden That Wakes Up

Gardening is a leisurely process. You clear away weeds, plant, and watch the landscape gradually transform. The space isn't limited to a strict grid — plants can be arranged freely, creating natural compositions. Over time, new zones emerge, and each area requires its own approach and attention.

The ecosystem responds to the player's actions. Different plants thrive in different soils, moisture, and environments with other species. By observing the growth of flowers and herbs, you can collect leaves, seeds, and rare specimens for botanical notes. Gradually, the garden begins to come alive, and learning about nature becomes part of the journey.
