The Dream Office

The Dream Office — is a management simulator about rebuilding an office building, where you start from scratch after yet another mistake. Instead of a new car, your father hands you the keys to a dilapidated business center and cuts off your financial support. Without start-up capital or incentives, you must transform the run-down premises into a profitable workspace and prove that you're capable of managing something greater than your own ambitions.

Every square meter under control

The work begins with cleaning and clearing debris. Floors are washed, walls are repainted, tiles are re-laid, and furniture is selected to suit the room's purpose. Unneeded items are sold to finance the renovation, and every investment requires careful consideration, as mistakes result in additional expenses and a damaged reputation.

After the premises are restored, the leasing phase begins. Offices, meeting rooms, hallways, and utility rooms serve various functions and impact company satisfaction. Tenants have specific requirements for equipment, comfort, and atmosphere. Proper planning improves revenue, while chaos, noise, and breakdowns lead to complaints and losses.
