Megastore Simulator is a supermarket management simulator in which players build and develop a large retail facility in an urban setting from scratch. Starting with a limited budget, you choose departmental areas, purchase equipment, open the store, and manage daily operations. Gameplay focuses on logistics, inventory control, and business scaling.

Store Operations Management

The core mechanics revolve around retail floor maintenance and warehouse logistics. Players unload trucks using carts and forklifts, restock shelves, monitor stockouts, and prevent lost sales. All processes occur in real time and require constant attention to each department.

As the store grows, new zones and floors are added. Each department has its own mechanics, including a bakery and specialized equipment. Expanding space, installing automated machines, and optimizing staff routes allow for increased profitability and business sustainability.
