STAR WARS: Galactic Racer — the first major Star Wars race in over twenty years, created by Fuse Games with support from Lucasfilm Games. Set in the lawless Outer Rim, illegal speeder racing, and a young pilot putting everything on the line for a spot at the top.

The return of racing to a galaxy far, far away

The last major Star Wars racing game was 2002's Star Wars Racer Revenge, and it all began with the legendary Star Wars Episode I: Racer. Galactic Racer continues this lineage, but shifts the focus: instead of racing pods, high-speed speeders take center stage, with familiar faces like Sebulba and Ben Quadinaros appearing among the competitors. The British studio, founded by the creators of Burnout and Need for Speed, is developing the game, and Matt Webster is leading the project.

Racing for survival

With the galaxy recovering from the fall of the Empire, the Galactic League thrives on the outskirts, far from the New Republic's gaze. It's an underground tournament where pilots are sponsored by criminal syndicates, the stakes are enormous, and mistakes are costly. Newcomer Shade joins the league not only for fame and fortune — he has scores to settle, and the way to settle them is through victory.

Lost - start over

The story campaign is structured like a series of races: each attempt to climb the tournament ladder plays out differently, and failure isn't the end, but a reason to try again, building on the experience gained. Tracks take you across various planets — some completely new, some familiar from the films — and forks in the road allow you to choose your route on the fly. Opponents can and should be rammed and pushed off the road, making every race a battle. In addition to the campaign, the game also features online racing.

Features of the game

  • A new race in the Star Wars universe, in partnership with Lucasfilm Games.

  • High-speed bikes and familiar racers from The Phantom Menace.

  • An underground league of syndicates on the fringes of the galaxy after the fall of the Empire.

  • A campaign of repeated runs with different developments.

  • Tracks on new and iconic planets with a choice of routes.

  • Ramming, fighting for position and online races.

I played the first version when it came out. BUT a lot of water has flowed under the bridge since then. And then there's the remake.

When it comes out, I'll have to give it a try. Lately, all the remakes and remasters have been turning out much worse than the original. It's not just that I feel disgusted, it's like I've just picked up a piece of crap...

In general, I'm waiting with great desire to play.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer on Steam has lost its Denuvo usage mention.
As it turns out, the upcoming racing game Star Wars: Galactic Racer from Fuse Games and Secret Mode has updated its Steam page. The mention of the game using Denuvo protection has suddenly disappeared. It's currently unknown whether this is a bug or whether the developer has genuinely decided to abandon the protection.

It's worth noting that this is the second publisher, along with Bandai Namco, to remove mention of the protection from its upcoming game. Apparently, the hypervisor hacks at launch have had a devastating effect on Denuvo's reputation with publishers.

These are adequate people - they see that it is pointless to support with money what
1 - useless crap
2 - spoils performance
3 - and for a pretty penny too
I'm talking about Denuvo, by the way))

Looks bleak for now.
It's like a glycerin swim.
There is no speed at all.
And that's no fun. Without it, there's no point in releasing the game at all.

It's bad. I don't like racing games as a genre, but I adore Star Wars, and unless you try, there's a high chance of playing for 5 hours and then quitting. I wanted something Star Wars-themed for 50 hours.

I'm watching the new Star Wars installments with the girl right now, the last three official installments. Damn, it's a fucking awesome movie, I don't know how I missed it. It's such a cool action movie, I loved it. Gun.

The main thing is that you like it. I watched the entire new trilogy in IMAX 3D when it was released in theaters, and despite the action, I was shocked how they could do that to the franchise.

I don't know, I'm not a superfan, I just liked it. Everything in the world is so samey these days, it's boring. And then bam, bang! Interplanetary fighters, an angry guy in a mask, this Jedi girl, all these super powers. Basically, I had a blast.

Irdeto has improved Denuvo protection in Star Wars: Galactic Racer. The hypervisor will require time to improve.
On October 6, the racing simulator Star Wars: Galactic Racer was released. The game is protected by Denuvo, but, unlike most releases this year, it remains uncracked using a hypervisor.

Users have begun to wonder why ARTIFACT hasn't released a hypervisor hack yet, and according to one of the creators of LinUwUx, the reason is that the game has received improved Denuvo protection:

It appears this game uses an updated version of Denuvo, making it more difficult than usual to crack it on launch day. One of the processor feature flags, which could previously be disabled to ensure proper operation of the cracked version, is now effectively forced to be enabled by the game upon launch, causing crashes. However, a solution will be found sooner or later.
However, it appears the problem isn't insurmountable — it will simply take time for attackers to update the hypervisor to bypass the new check.

another question is how long it will take :(
I want to play at the end of the month Phantom Blade ZeroIt would be great if we could make it in time. The dealers don't seem to want to buy these activations.

@emfortes, it's unknown when. It looks like Star Wars: Galactic Racer is using an updated version of Denuvo, which blocks the hypervisor.

That's what I'm writing about. The term "it will take time" is flexible. It might take months, or it might be done tomorrow. Offline activations are out the window.
In my opinion, it's better to support the developer in this case, if possible, rather than the activation dealers.
