Scrabdackle

Scrabdackle is an adventure game with elements of Zeldalike and Metroidvania, where magic and exploration are intertwined into a single experience. You play as a young student who embarks on a grand journey through an open world full of secrets, dangers, and good-natured eccentrics. Here, every step brings a new discovery and an opportunity to grow stronger.

A world full of mysteries

You can explore any part of the map in any order, carving your way through meadows, swamps, and ruins. Some paths are blocked, but new spells will help you overcome them. The world responds to curiosity and perseverance: secret rooms, cryptic dialogues, and strange artifacts await the attentive player. Even failure becomes part of the learning process.

Combat demands wit, not strength. Each spell unlocks a unique way to defeat enemies or solve puzzles. Unconventional situations encourage experimentation, and the game's flexible structure allows for a variety of playstyles. Whether you become a learned mage or a daring explorer of antiquities is up to you. The key is to keep going.
