High School Dirty Secrets is a horror adventure with puzzle elements, where a familiar school turns into a trap. The main character, Kasuga, wakes up after classes and realizes she's trapped inside the building. Beyond the walls lies darkness, and beyond the doors lies something watching.

The hallways are empty, the daylight has faded, and familiar classrooms are filled with rustling sounds. Kasuga uncovers clues that hint at secret events that have been unfolding for years. Her smartphone becomes her only tool for survival: photos, messages, signals — everything is linked to someone trying to warn her.

As Kasuga progresses through the floors, she solves puzzles, deciphers clues, and encounters entities whose origins cannot be explained. Reality fractures, the past comes to life, and the truth about her school turns out to be darker than she could have imagined. Salvation will come only to those who dare to face their fear.
