Terminator 2D: NO FATE — is the return of a legend, where past and future collide in a pixelated hell. Every decision changes the course of the war, and the fight against the T-1000 becomes the ultimate test. Only you decide whether humanity has a destiny.

Mission on the brink

Each level is a blend of intense action and a dark atmosphere. Evade pursuit, destroy enemies, and harness the power of your allies to get closer to victory. Classic film scenes are intertwined with new events that lead to multiple endings.

Story and arcade modes, boss fights, and online leaderboards add depth. All this is accompanied by a unique soundtrack: remastered tracks from the film and fresh compositions that enhance every second of the battle.

Features of the game

  • Alternative histories of the Terminator universe.

  • Epic battles with the T-1000 and Skynet's army.

  • A variety of modes for single-player and challenges.

  • Original and remastered soundtrack.

I'm waiting for this, if only it were more replayable, at least like Street of Rage 4.

I can't wait! An interesting concept and a nod to those 8- and 16-bit vacuum tube consoles.

In 2025, games like these aren't exactly cutting edge. It's easier to buy an 8- or 16-bit console and play the good old games there. But on a good PC with great capabilities, you'd want to play more modern games...

Can we please stop making fun of the Terminator?! Seriously, to disgrace the franchise with a 2D platformer at the end of 2026 is worse than what they did in the last film!

I've never understood all these games that pretend to be retro. Do you actually get a thrill out of staring at those shitty pixels? Does nostalgia really ruin your brain and sense of beauty that much? I understand playing something you played as a kid. But playing something that came out in 25 and looks like this — who do you have to be? A guy in his late 100s, a beer lover and a fan of Heroes 3, who's already starting to look like a slob? Or, on the contrary, a guy who still can't seem to get over the age of 14 (mentally, of course, you're still a skunk anyway)? All these boomer shooters are bullshit, pixelated quests are crap, and so on. How much of this crap has been released already...

Wakarimas, under every retro piece of crap I write exactly the same thing - and then :poop: They're throwing it away, the developers are saving on graphics, hiding behind some old-school stuff

Shame on the developers, even the movie was shot in 80-90 on a high definition camera!

hamster, another photorealism fanatic. You know that the developers of this game have always made pixel games, and the current overabundance of photorealism, especially in Unreal 5, is making me want to take a break. The game's screenshots show nice pixel graphics, but how does that interfere with the gameplay or story? Terminator Resistance was a great example, where the graphics couldn't save the crappy gameplay, terrible weapon impact, boring leveling, and uninteresting protagonist story. There are also hundreds of excellent pixel games, such as Dead Cells, Hotline Miami, and Terraria.

Just a re-release of Terminator 2: Judgment Day from 1991, personally played on Sega Mega Drive 2.
As always, nothing new.
