Dead Rising 10th

September marks the 10th anniversary of the release of the first installment of the zombie action game, zombie quest, and zombie survival sandbox, Dead Rising. To celebrate, Capcom has prepared a collection of remake versions, which will be released on September 13th. The release is available for three major modern platforms that need no introduction. The first Dead Rising was released exclusively on the Xbox 360 and was exclusive to the game for 10 years. The protagonist is journalist Frank West. One day, he was tasked with infiltrating the town of Willamette and finding out why it had suddenly been locked down and surrounded by the military. Getting into this strange place was easy, but getting out was a real challenge, as it turned out the town was swarming with zombies. Frank doesn't just want to escape; he wants to find out the cause of the tragedy, and he has three days to do so, because then the military will destroy Willamette along with all its inhabitants, healthy and infected alike.

Frank takes place in a large shopping mall. He finds chainsaws, bats, and similar non-weapons, but also special items like swords and pistols. He needs to be constantly on the lookout, exploring not only the retail space but also the various utility rooms and back rooms. Zombies are clever at infiltrating everything, and they're not after bargains...
