Conan Exiles Enhanced

We've finally received the first details about Funcom's upcoming game project, which will once again transport us to the Conan universe. The first information about a new game in this universe appeared last year, 2015, but only as a rumor. Now, the developers have unveiled a trailer and begun sharing interesting details about the game, which promises to be, at the very least, interesting and engaging. The new game will be called Conan Exiles and is planned for release on PC and next-generation gaming consoles. Conan Exiles will be available for download via torrent in the second half of 2016, as it will be available on Steam Early Access.

What will the new game be about? Surprisingly, this time we'll be thrust into an open world with vast possibilities. According to the developers, you'll set out into a vast desert, where you'll begin your adventure and attempt to revive Conan, who is exhausted and in urgent need of rehabilitation and recovery. The world will be vast and comprised of a single, large continent. Interestingly, it's been announced that the game will feature online session play and numerous servers. This suggests the new game will be a survival simulator of sorts, only set in the Conan universe.

This becomes clear after the announcement that Conan will need to engage in various crafts to survive, including food cultivation, hunting, and other interesting avenues. He will be able to build massive fortresses and settlements to defend against raids from other barbarians and players. And once his strength increases, he will be able to launch personal raids on neighboring settlements.

It would be quite difficult to pull off this alone, so the developers noted that players will be able to form alliances and fight in small groups, working together to collect loot and other resource-based activities necessary for progress. It's difficult to judge Conan Exiles yet, as we're promised a third-person action game on the one hand, and an online platform on the other. All that remains is to wait for the developers' full presentation at some global gaming exhibition.
