I have a mid-range gaming laptop with a 3050 6GB GPU and an i5-12450H. I can play the game on Ultra settings at 2K resolution, even though my laptop only supports FullHD. I get a stable 60 FPS. I'd also like to point out that you should adjust the shadows to medium/low settings — they're the biggest drainers. I did this and I get a stable 60-80 FPS, even on the largest maps. I also overclock the laptop, but it only gives a 5-10 FPS boost at most.

In the future, the optimization will be better, but for now, only one developer is working on it, and for a game like this - that's already a lot of respect, even with not very pleasant optimization, but he optimized it as best he could.

Ready or Not is certainly good, but not in every aspect. This game has more realism. In Ready or Not, you'll die in a couple of shots, whereas here, you can be wiped out with one if you get hit right in the face. And if your character is killed, you'll be playing through subsequent missions without them, which is a major drawback in Ready or Not. And of course, Ready or Not has more realistic AI in some areas, but the mission randomness is weaker, if not nonexistent. Here, every mission is chaotic if you restart it, as is the number of enemies, which makes it a big plus.

So, if I had to choose between the two, I'd choose this hardcore shooter. But if someone prefers slower gameplay and a more police-focused SWAT theme, then Ready or Not, of course, or, at a pinch, Bodycam.
